How OCTA Properties handles your personal data.

This website is operated by OCTA Properties L.L.C. (“OCTA Properties”, “we” or “us”), Office 101, 1st Floor, Building 4, Dubai Hills Business Park, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data the website collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, register an agency or contact us through a form on this website, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, budget, message, and the project you asked about. We also record the page you sent it from, the page that referred you and your browser type, so that the enquiry reaches the right team.

This website does not ask for payment details, passports or other identity documents.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, to send you information about the projects you asked about and, for agencies, to process your registration. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Enquiries are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), which Google operates on our behalf. They cannot be read back through the website; only authorised OCTA staff can open them. The website itself is hosted on Amazon Web Services. We share your details with these providers only so that they can run these systems for us, and with public authorities where the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and its fonts and images are served from our own domain. The home page stores a small flag in your browser so that its opening animation plays only on your first visit; the flag holds no personal data. If we add website analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep proper business records, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to info@octa.ae.

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always on this page. Last updated 6 October 2026.
