OCTA Investments L.L.C is the holding company of the OCTA group. It is licensed by Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism for investment in, and management of, commercial and retail enterprises, and it establishes, owns and oversees the group’s operating businesses, including House of OCTA Design Services and House of OCTA Marketing Management.
It invests only in the group’s own enterprises. It does not raise or manage money for others, does not accept deposits or client funds, and does not provide investment, financial or brokerage advice. Inquiries about OCTA residences are handled by OCTA Properties, the group’s RERA-registered brokerage.
